Car bogged in a river, Mutooroo station

Two men attempting to release a car which has been bogged on the edge of a river at Mutooroo Station, South Australia.

From a small photograph album with a red cloth cover of Mutooroo Station, given as a gift to Andrew Smith by a friend Mr H. Douglas King. Handwritten on inside cover: 'To Mr Andrew Smith, With best wishes for a very happy Christmas and great prosperity in 1912, from Mr H. Douglas King. In memory of Droughts in Australia!! A very happy visit to Mutooroo'.
