Adelaide Climate Strike
On the 20th of September 2019, thousands of people came together in Adelaide to call for climate change. The event came to be referred to by various names including the Global Climate Strike, Adelaide Climate Strike and the School Strike for Climate. The State Library decided to record some of the people who took part as a way of documenting what is considered an historic event.
The State Library's role is to preserve the history and heritage of South Australia and this recording is part of our commitment to that role.
