The 2010 Adelaide Fringe was held from 19 February-14 March and co-ordinated by Director Christie Anthoney.
The decision to make the Fringe an annual event, announced by Premier Mike Rann in 2006, did not deter the continued growth of the Fringe, and by 2010 the program listed over 700 shows, events and exhibitions on offer to the South Australian public.
As well as a strong economic and cultural impact, the Fringe made a huge visual impact on Adelaide that year, with the presence of ten inflatable astronauts placed around the city.
