Eventually they'll be sewn together into a quilt. Stitching is a slow & mindful process & helped reduce the anxiety & stress I was also experiencing. In these 5 I've illustrated; the bear in the window scheme to give children delight as they went for walks, exercising at home with You Tube, Social distancing, Donald Trump's solution (!), and my 82 year old dad trying to cut his own hair in front of the mirror. These are experiences we can all relate to. Place[1]
