Promotion of pop musicians, singers and media personalities came in many varied forms. After downing your Coke, you could save your bottle top and collect local artists such as the Four Tones, the Penny Rockets, the Viscounts, Vonny Jay, Johnny Mac, April Byron, radio DJs Jim Slade, Warwick Prime and Bob Francis. There were also interstate acts such as the Bee Gees, Johnny O'Keefe, Little Pattie, Col Joye and the Joy Boys, and Laurel Lea. Coke also produced other collectable bottle tops including a set of SANFL players.
