Interview with Thomas Keig, former State Migration Officer, in which he explains the Commonwealth government's priorities for migration after World War II.
Thomas Keig migrated to Australia from the Isle of Man, United Kingdom, in 1954. He began work with the Immigration section of the South Australian Government Tourist Bureau. He became State Migration Officer for the Department of Immigration in 1959.
